I still thank my lucky stars
that you and I
were brought together

you are more beautiful than ever
and every day with you
gets better

I’m so in love with you
and I hope you know
your love is worth more
than its weight in gold

we’ve come so far together
I want to stay with you
beyond being old and gray

I want to be with you
even when we are ghosts
you have always been here for me
when I’ve needed you the most

I’m going to love you
until my lungs give out
just say you’ll stay
