Words Unspoken

We all have that special someone
the only one that is always on our mind
the one that keeps us going
yet we leave so many words unspoken

we all have those times
when we feel all alone, on our own
when every breath we take
makes us feel so broken

even during those painful times
we still lay here alone
with our hearts wide open
but with so many words unspoken
