Take Some Time

Take some time
for yourself

say no more often
say yes less often

turn off your phone
take a nap

turn off the TV
listen to some music
“Take It Easy” by the Eagles
is a good choice

take a walk
enjoy the fresh air
let it inspire you

just take some time
for yourself
