Beauty In The Struggle
There is beauty in the struggle
when you finish writing a poem
and you can see
the beauty of your words
when you work
through the pain
and see the beauty
of your fresh cut lawns
when you are hurting
and your dogs sense it
and lay their heads
on your leg
life has
many different struggles
and there is
beauty in them all
it’s a beautiful thing
when at the end of the day
you can say,
“I did it!”
always look for the beauty in life’s struggles
