Whatever Brings You Peace

Find whatever brings you peace
embrace it and feel the peace
flow into you

if it’s music, find out
what style makes you
the most peaceful and let it relax you

if it’s a walk in the woods
then walk often on the route that
brings you the greatest peace

if it’s reading, then sit quietly
and read a good book
it may be fiction, poetry, or a biography

what brings you peace could be anything
only you can determine what works best
and you will know when you find it
